May 12, 2017It is now a requirement of BRC Issue 7 that employees shall “Understand the signs of pest activity and be aware of the need to report any evidence of pest activity to a designated manager.”
The larger retailers also require that key employees are trained in pest awareness and the need for staff to report potential pest problems to supervisory staff.
We have developed a course that will meet these requirements. It lasts approximately 1 hour and deals with the following issues:

Common Pests and Biology.

Legal Requirements
Our courses are delivered in very basic terms using a range of pest samples and are easy for staff at all levels to understand. Supporting documents can be provided to form part of your staff handbook, for additional evidence of training.
We are happy to visit your premises to present our course and can cater for large or small numbers. A certificate of attendance is provided for all staff.
